State Agencies

Have you ever noticed that state sponsored agencies always employ "adversarial" employees?  They seem to want to exlude the public to keep their state budgets, without really offering services they are supposed to be offering or providing any professional service to clients at all. Just me or is another way for job security?

The reason I bring this up, go to your local state pet adoptotion agency and try to sponsor an animal.  Small example, big cite.

  1. agreed. As though the hopeful "adoptive parents" pose a threat to the employees vast knowledge of animal welfare. Before they even evalute these familes they evalute their ablity to listen to their ramblings about why they are qualifed for their job as though housing 14 animals of their own makes them an activist. At this point, before the interview begins is when it is truly decided if you are worthy of one of their pets
